Sam Cooke-A Change Is Gonna Come

Last night, in his speech before 125,000 in Chicago’s Grant Park, president-elect Barack Obama made reference to the song “A Change Is Gonna Come” by Sam Cooke. “It’s been a long time coming,” he said, “but tonight, because of what we did on this date in this election at this defining moment, change has come to America.”
